Through a headhunter’s introduction, I went through two rounds of interviews with the hiring company. This included a video interview and an on-site English and personality test in Hsinchu, which took about a little over a month in total.

First, they ask you to complete an English test. Second, the manager of the department will interview you. If they hire you, this manager is going to be your boss. Third, human resources will ask you some questions about your characteristics.
