Project manager/coordinator of systems/database migration project and proposed comprehensive IT solutions to re-engineer system architecture for minimizing database (Oracle/DB2) loading and enhance system performance.
Directed software programming and modified existing software to solve user problems and support FAB operation.
Enabled equipment automation and developed several tool automation programs/functions (VB.NET/C/C++/C#/Java) to save manual handling resources and prevent misoperations.
We need to use more young and talented people, and not care too much about school rankings.
