TSMC Interview Experiences
Technical Manager
I had five phone interviews. Only one interviewer was located in San Jose; the rest of the four were located in Taiwan, HQ. After all were passed, HR told me that I passed these interviews. The last interview was with the HR Director in San Jose, CA.
Test Engineer
We had a phone interview with the recruiter, then a Skype interview with the Taiwan local manager. We discussed work experience and academic background with the local manager, then compensation and salary with the recruiter.
Equipment Engineering Intern
I applied online. The process took 4 months. So far, one Testgorilla interview consists of a spatial test plus questions around your experiences. Followed by a panel interview (2 engineers) plus a personality assessment. This is all I have gotten to
