Process

I applied through LinkedIn.

A couple of days later, I received a coding test on API call management.

Two weeks later, I had a screening with HR about my expectations and the project.

The following week, I completed a 4-hour interview round:

  • 1 hour with the project lead about my experience and behavioral questions.
  • 1 hour for a practical coding test on API calls.
  • 1 hour for system design.
  • The final hour was on behavioral situations.

All interviews were conducted in English.

Although I was not selected, all the staff involved in the interviews was very pleasant. After receiving the rejection, they offered a final call with feedback, explaining their decision and areas for improvement for future interviews, which was very helpful.
