I applied on LinkedIn for one of the posts the company had.
I recognized that it was a long shot to start with, since my experience was not 100% what they were looking for.
To my surprise, I was scheduled for a call. As I picked up the phone, I heard a lot of background noise from people talking in the room. That noise prevented me from hearing half of the questions that were asked.
I had to guess what was implied. The call lasted 15-20 minutes, and through the middle of the call, I realized that I was rushed through.
When I hung up, I felt that I had just wasted my time since the interviewer:
a) didn't read my resume to start this,
b) called me with unqualified questions,
c) could not find a quiet room.
