Pros: Great culture.
Lots of support and collaboration across teams.
Opportunities for advancement and lateral movement across the company.
RSU.
Cons: Base salary is not as high as I thought it would be, as the majority of total compensation is nested in RSUs. So, you won't have access until a year into the company.
There are still some internal processes that need to be worked out. Some of our documentation is very vague, and customers ask a bunch of questions that should be answered with the docs.
