Base salary is not as high as I thought it would be, as the majority of total compensation is nested in RSUs. So, you won't have access until a year into the company.
There are still some internal processes that need to be worked out. Some of our documentation is very vague, and customers ask a bunch of questions that should be answered with the docs.
Honestly, one of the best companies I've worked for. I'm happy.
