Applied online and received HackerRank challenges in September 2021. I've been getting "Ahoy!" responses ever since (over 8 months now, with 10+ "Ahoy!"s).

Don't waste your time with Twilio. They're not serious about hiring and just send you pointless HackerRank tests to waste your time.
