The interview consisted of 5 rounds of interaction: easy DSA and a very straightforward system design question. I spoke with 5 different people in 5 different locations across 3 countries.
The interviewers themselves seemed inexperienced, perhaps at a peer level. They appeared somewhat intimidated by me, to be honest.
This company is based in India with a very low budget and seeks candidates who memorize information. While all interviews were positive, I believe budget constraints led to them deciding not to hire.
There was also a "bar raiser" interview, similar to an HR screening. This individual, located in the EU, seemed to be in a bad mood from the outset, as if the India center was a threat to their job. Their demeanor felt borderline racist.
Overall, it seems they perceive India as a very low-cost location. I would advise them to increase and recalibrate their budget.
