Process
The interview process was very smooth. Recruiting was responsive and seemed genuinely interested in determining the best team fit and moving me through the process.
I had a phone call with a recruiter to determine team fit and a day of onsite interviews, though this may have been an abbreviated process due to time pressure from other companies. The onsite interviews consisted of:
- An architectural question (design an API, describe the backend with some constraints)
- A pair programming style interview
- Behavioral interviews
Everyone I interviewed with was very friendly and seemed like colleagues I would enjoy working with. Overall, I really enjoyed the interviews compared to more aggressive interview experiences I've had with other companies.
