Process
One of the worst processes in India.
The hiring process is slow and pathetic. You need to call HR multiple times, and most of the time, the HR is on leave.
I have given all rounds, and it's been 15 days already with no response.
I guess I have wasted five precious hours and energy.
Questions
Easy DS/Algo questions. The interviewer seemed dumb and uninterested in interviewing.

Pros: Good company, good people. However, a lot of employees have already left.
Cons: Too much politics.
Company became bigger, and the amount of bureaucracy as well.

Cons: CPO is a joke. Too many layers of middle management, low team velocity.

Pros: Really great people and a welcoming environment.
Cons: The manager seemed like he wasn't fit for the job. They also built up expectations for a return offer, but never gave it out due to "economic reasons".
