Software Engineer Interview Experience - Tallinn, Estonia
Process
This was the best interview experience I have ever had.
I applied one evening and received a reply the next morning. The process went very quickly, even though there were about six stages. Twilio Estonia did a great job, from the recruiter to the engineers who gave me tech tasks. I felt that I would be welcome in the company, so I was happy to accept the offer.
The interview stages included:
- A call with a recruiter
- A Hackerrank challenge
- An on-site round of interviews on different topics (Architecture, Security, Coding)
The selection process was quite thorough, but everyone was helpful and friendly when I didn't know something or was stuck on a question.
