It was an on-campus interview.
They will provide the laptop for you, and the platform they use is Codepad. You will need to compile the code for them.
Typically, there will be two problems.
The entire interview process lasts for 45 minutes:
- 15 minutes for behavioral questions
- 30 minutes for coding
HR is very efficient, and the staff is nice.

Pros: The company culture is very good, allowing flexible work schedules.
There are very good team structures and a high communication culture, making it easy to get solutions fast between different teams.
Salary and benefits are competitive, including stock options.
There are good non-salary benefits, such as health insurance and others depending on the country.
Cons: Salary is not as high as it could be based on the current market salaries.
Sometimes, getting promoted is very difficult and involves not only a lot of work but burnout.

Pros: Competitive compensation: Twilio always provides market-competitive compensation.
Unlimited PTO: It might be different team by team. But in my team, taking PTO days is really easy and flexible.
Option to work remotely or hybrid.
Learning and growth opportunities since it's a fast-growing company.
Cons: Too frequent org change.
Manager involvement with employees is minimal. Managers are too busy with meetings with higher-ups and don't really take care of their direct reports much. But they are nice and willing to help when you ask for help.
