Process

First, there was a test task on HackerRank, featuring two quite easy problems to be solved in 90 minutes.

The next round consisted of two 45-minute interviews:

  • Behavioral
  • Online coding

In a behavioral interview, you are simply asked questions like, "Tell me about a time you had an uncooperative colleague/course mate" to see if your thinking is aligned with Twilio's values.

Overall, the whole process was really enjoyable, with interesting tasks, and everyone was nice and supportive!

Questions

Tell me about a time when you needed to be an owner. For example, when some of your colleagues didn't contribute enough to the project, what did you do?
