Really creative tech and spoke to some nice people. Coding demo+preso. Unfortunately, the most important interview seems to be the “Bar Raiser”. Tread carefully. Even if you are a progressive like me, you could still victim to that interviewer’s unconscious bias. Lastly, 6 weeks is way too long.

Cons: Don’t create an utopia of this org. Like any other company out there, Twilio also has its challenges.
