HackerRank Test and Hiring Manager Round.

I took the HackerRank test. All tests were passed; there were a total of 3 questions.

They scheduled the hiring manager round. The hiring manager spent 30 minutes on that interview: 15 minutes for introductions and 15 minutes for a design question.

The next day, I received an email from HR with the statement, "We’re very fortunate to have a strong group of applicants to consider for this role and, unfortunately, after reviewing the feedback with the hiring team, have decided to move forward with other candidates."

This was a big surprise and disappointing. I really wonder if they considered my HackerRank test and how they judged me in only 30 minutes. I am not sure; I felt I did a decent job in the HM round.
