You keep following up via email, calls, or messages. Nobody responds back. Very unprofessional. At least have the basic courtesy or professionalism of responding to candidates with whatever direction it's going.
Complete waste of time.
Salary they try to negotiate will be less than your current salary. Come on guys. To what extent do you want to exploit in India?
