The first round was a live coding and machine coding round for 2 hours. The interviewer was very adamant and insisted the design should be in a particular way. The way he wanted it, requirements changed at each step. I tried to explain a few things, although correct, but he said that this was not what he wanted and should not be done like this. In the last 30 minutes, he asked me to code everything and make a running application with proper APIs, a server, and local storage. I did that as well, but then again, the requirements changed, and I did not do what he wanted. I was rejected after this. Thank God I am not working with this person; else, it would have been a nightmare. It was one of the worst interview experiences of my career.
