Good technical mentorship, flexibility in projects I got to work on, exciting place to work.
I didn't return but did recommend it as a workplace to many friends.
Cons: Like many larger companies, it can take a minute to ramp up to their tech stack and tools.

Pros: Great people at the company, good environment to work in.
Cons: Now that multiple layoffs have happened, employee morale is low, according to my friends that are still within the company. No one wants to go in; no one wants to do anything anymore. This is because they laid off a total of 28% of the company, which is a lot when the company is just about 9000 employees.
