Pros

An unforgettable journey with amazing coworkers. The amount of "marketing" around being a Twilion, being valued, and building this "employer brand," and then firing so many people – including those who built the company from the beginning, people who have been there for 11 years – says a lot about leadership. But, hey, the stock went up 10%, and that's what matters, right?

Cons

Never forget that it's a business and not a family – no matter what the fluffy talk is. No matter how big and wonderful it all seems, they will fire you for the bottom line and for shareholders. Never give up your time or your life for a company, ever.
