They sent me an interview invitation but did not call or respond. I'm curious why they invited me. Perhaps the HR people aren't very competent.

The interview process was similar to what others describe. I first had a phone screen. The first thing I noticed was how hard it was to hear the person on the other line. Apparently, they use their own technology, which really made it hard to hear. T

I received the OA about 10 days after I applied for it. There were two questions for the OA, which were not very hard. You could mostly just use if...else statements and loop statements.
