Pros

A nice San Francisco office if you ever get to visit. Flexible work schedule and family-friendly.

Cons

Absolutely no career advancement opportunities. They had a “GROW” your career workshop, but the people running it did not show up and they never rescheduled it after they said they would. Leadership seems to care more about what Wall Street thinks and private investors than their own people. They don’t have clear product vision and management, which leads to people getting laid off after just starting there.

Advice to Management

Develop a clear roadmap and care more about the development of the people you have, instead of thinking about them being expendable.
