Remote work, pay is good.

Cons

Low morale. Leadership cannot lead. People in the US are being fired, with roles going offshore to lower costs.

Advice to Management

Every time you offshore, it ends up costing more in time to fix defects, quality, and overall morale.

Learn to lead through modern techniques. The command and control and Project Management like it's 1950 does not work.
