The company operates in multiple segments, so there are a lot of development opportunities in terms of personal career.

For example, you could do ML, you could work with IoT, or perhaps you might be interested in Observability and help other employees understand what's going on with their systems.

I see quite a lot of people leaving. Although I don't have the stats on how many people are joining the company, the number of people who have already left seems quite big. But I guess it's normal in companies of such scale.

Perhaps I am just too naive to think that this doesn't happen a lot in other companies, but to me it seems there is quite a lot of some kind of bureaucracy going on. Almost every week I see some new initiatives which involve lots of new documents. Hard to keep up.
