1st Interview - Technical phone screen (Medium LeetCode question, passed)
2nd Interview - 4-round technical interviews.
- All interviews focused on LeetCode medium/hard questions. I performed well on three of them.
- One interview, however, was the worst experience of my life. The interviewer was extremely racist. He wasted 30 minutes grilling me on behavioral questions, despite this being a technical interview and a separate 3-hour behavioral session scheduled for the next day. He provided unnecessary, degrading, and rude responses, such as "I don't care about that." This left me with only 15 minutes to solve a hard LeetCode question, making it impossible to pass.
I reported this to the head of HR because it is unfair for my hard work to be disregarded due to one racist engineer.
