The interview process included:
I was supposed to continue with a live coding test, but I was discarded before that.
It seemed to me a quite disorganized process. The three interviews were very similar, with some extra tech points on the last one. The interviewers didn't seem to have contact between them; even on the last one, they didn't know which position the interview was for.
I was discarded after that for lack of seniority. This was quite "funny" since I didn't apply for the position but was contacted for it because of my profile and explained my current experience over three different interviews.
I could understand being discarded on the first interview or after a technical test for that reason, but not after several interviews without taking the technical challenge.
It's a pity, because the position and the environment seemed quite interesting, and everyone involved seemed like nice people.
