Engineering Interview Experience - Spain

Process

The process involved four steps:

  • Two initial calls with the same person.
  • One call with a peer.
  • One call with three peers.

The entire process focused exclusively on what I had or hadn't done. There was not a single question about what I would or wouldn't have done, nor about my potential. This indicates a very narrow view of hiring, and I wonder if this is how they also evaluate their employees for promotions or even horizontal moves.

The interviewers seemed to be under loads of pressure; they kept interrupting each other, and the experience was very chaotic. I couldn't imagine those people working together, let alone myself working with them.
