Firstly, there's a quick chat with the tech recruiter.
Then, there's a 60-minute system design technical interview, which is, in my opinion, much better than asking the candidate to complete a code challenge.
The two interviewers were very prepared, although their English wasn't exceptional.
Finally, there's a live coding interview.

Pros: Well-organized company. They treat workers very well and technically it's the best I've been at. The culture has changed quite a bit, so many people have left for different reasons.
Cons: C Level has not managed to maintain the company culture.

Pros: Good Compensation and Flexible Work Options
Cons: Since 2023, there have been regular rounds of layoffs approximately every 6 months, often just below legal thresholds. Some of these have affected employees during or just before family-related leave.
Leadership changes have introduced significant uncertainty. The leadership and executive team appear to have limited to no experience in similar roles, which has impacted strategic decision-making and employee confidence.
