Process
I had a phone interview for a Front End Engineer role based out of NYC.
I was asked some basic questions about web development and protocols.
There was an algorithms question about printing the nodes of a tree level by level.
After that, there was a coding question with three parts for which I had to use CodePen and code in JS or any other JS framework.
Questions
- Implement a loading bar that animates from 0 to 100% in 3 seconds.
- Start loading bar animation upon a button click.
- Queue multiple loading bars if the button is clicked more than once. Loading bar N starts animating when loading bar N-1 is done animating.
