Hardware Engineering Interview Experience - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Process

Hiring for these internships seems to be done mostly inside the company. This makes sense because, given the size of their company and their technology sector, they don't have enough time to sift through many applications.

I was given a phone interview, which I thought was only a preliminary step, but it turned out to be the full interview. Because of this, I was caught off guard and didn't perform well.

My biggest tip would be to have your projects in mind, as they ask questions about them, such as programming projects or design projects.
