I first had a CodeSignal test sent. After clearing that, the recruiter scheduled an on-site interview, for which the interviewer never showed up.
After emailing them multiple times to reschedule, they finally rescheduled. However, the interview was entirely different from the interview invite.
The invite stated it was a 30-minute machine learning interview with the manager. The actual interview was an hour-long programming interview with a different engineer who asked me to implement the k-means algorithm in less than 30 minutes.
The interviewer sounded like she had already made up her mind not to proceed within the first 5 minutes of the interview, as she kept telling me my answers were wrong before I had even completed 25% of them.
I received a rejection email a day later.
Question on resume:
Implement k-means algorithm.
