Pros: - Good compensation
- Good benefits
Cons: You're judged based on the number of lines of code/commits that you do. So, if you work on a complex fix or feature with little code, you're screwed.
You can write dumb code that doesn't work, but it doesn't matter because you're only reviewed by the quantity that you write, not the quality.

Cons: There is no transparency in the company's plan. They see workers as computers, mostly.

Cons: The work is not very organized. Engineer managers are not that good. Designers don't care about platform guidelines, which creates a lot of technical problems.
