Pros: Good compensation and nothing else.

Cons: Unstable OKRs. Doesn't care about employees. HRs ghost you after joining. Doesn't have proper leveling of engineers. They treat their levels at par with Google or Amazon, but their levels are much below the levels of those companies. Worst diversity.

Pros: - Good place to grow career. - Great talent to work with. - Learnings from tech stack.

Cons: - Recent & frequent reshuffling of priorities - Management & ELT can do better

Pros: 1. HR Hiring and Interview Processes are very streamlined. 2. Interviews have clear expectations set, i.e., if it's for coding or problem-solving, etc., so candidates can focus more on what's being evaluated. 3. Awesome managers who make sure you get enough exposure and opportunities, at the same time, take care that you are not stressed with late-night meetings or on-call duties. 4. Great documentation that helps engineers get bootstrapped on Uber's infra very quickly. 5. Everything else, like the pool, TT, and free food, is there for people who care about it.

Cons: 1. Even though the work is good, ownership of core components lacks, but I think that's changing slowly with the addition of new charters at the site.
