Process
The recruiter was nice and reached out to me. I scheduled a technical phone interview, and the interviewer asked me to code online, where I could submit the code and run test cases.
I had a few issues with the syntax. I completed one of the coding questions but did not have time to complete the second one.
Perhaps I should have asked the recruiter more questions and not assumed this was a normal online code editor.

Pros: There are amazing engineering problems and features to work on. Our systems deal with real-time constraints at high scale. People work professionally and are dedicated to quality engineering and performance.
The company rewards high performance and gives lots of potential for career growth. The perks are awesome too!
Cons: The company is growing fast, so there is a constant challenge to figure out the best ways to communicate and organize. This is a good sign, though, as it always comes with success. It is promising, though, that upper management is constantly keeping an eye on growth issues and is always trying to adjust for our growth.
