The selection process was initiated with contact from the HR recruiter.

After the initial contact, they scheduled the first technical interview.

After the first technical interview, you must complete four more interviews, composed of:

• Two coding interviews
• One system design interview
• One on previous experiences, where you should describe the design of a solution that presented an interesting technical challenge and that you led.

The feedback, although negative, was extremely detailed. The recruiter called me to convey the impressions from all stages, with clear points on what I can improve for future attempts.

It was, by far, the best recruitment experience I have had, mainly due to the attention of the recruitment team in clarifying all stages and providing appropriate feedback, something that is quite rare to see nowadays.
