I had two coding interviews. Both interviewers were very friendly. The process took two weeks. My recruiter had great communication and provided me with a lot of useful information. The coding involved LeetCode easy problems.

Pros: Amazingly fast-growing company, with more room to grow. It attracts good people and has locations across the globe. Startup mentality at the regional offices, with big company (hopefully) resources.
Cons: $40 billion, how much can your options really grow? It's probably great for the first group of employees, but I cannot imagine a new employee becoming an options millionaire.
