Pros: The company is growing at an incredible rate. There's a much higher rate of personal career growth possible than at Google or Facebook. The business directly touches the physical world instead of making money through ads. Projects have high impact. It's a hybrid between a startup and a large company. There are monthly Uber credits and free rides home from work late at night.

Cons: The company is currently caught in a negative press cycle that seems to feed itself. Offices are not as nice as Google or Facebook (at least until the new HQ is built). Work hours are in the 50-60 hours per week range instead of the 30-35 hours per week range at Google/Facebook.
