Software Engineer ATG Interview Experience - San Francisco, California

January 1, 2019
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

The process began with a typical phone screen, followed by an onsite interview.

The onsite interview was fairly standard.

It consisted of a chat with the hiring manager, followed by a couple of data science algorithm questions and a design question.

During one of the coding rounds, the interviewer seemed uninterested in my solution and more focused on texting.

Despite presenting an optimized, working solution on the whiteboard without any syntax errors, I was rejected, with the feedback stating I was not strong in coding.
