Cons: Communication tools. Some messaging tools are buggy, and most conversations happen in email threads, which is not always the best way for communication, in my opinion.
The "excitement" level of the tasks and projects depends very much on the team. From the other side, it is very typical for big companies like this.

Pros: Incredible culture, company values, and a really nice place to grow and get involved with interesting projects.
Cons: It can be a bit too American-focused at times, but you know this already from the start. The company is from the states.
