2. Project domain by PM, not engineers.
3. Laid off would not stop.
4. Mobile architect far away from market.
5. Very slow development pace because of #1 and the engineering department generates too many rules for engineers to follow, which significantly delays the product and individual improvement.
6. No culture; people in the same office just come to work and then leave. Too busy to deal with the #1 issues.
