Pros: All the managers I know really care about the employees. They all try their best to ensure a good work-life balance. Compensation well above average for Brazil. The equipment is very good, no old equipment.

Cons: For now, we still don't have an office. Just a temporary one, and therefore we have to keep reserving space to be able to come to the office. But this should be resolved by the end of the year, perhaps in the first quarter of 2024.

Pros: Although it hasn't been long, I can already list several things that, over time, I have always sought. * Constant technical challenge * Constant technical/non-technical learning * Very clear career path vision * Mentorship programs * Encouragement to try, fail, and learn (failing is not a problem, persisting in error is) * Managers are, in fact, facilitators: they listen to you, help you, guide you. * Partnerships with publishers * Weekly meetings with your managers and peers to help you and exchange experiences.

Cons: It's not exactly a drawback, but the volume of information is abyssal. It's very common to be a little intimidated at first, but you get used to it over time.
