Recruiters should be more engaged in the interview process and offer support to candidates by answering questions or providing relevant information. From my experience, the recruiter did not follow the standard procedure. Specifically, there was supposed to be a call before the onsite interview. Instead, I only received PDF files and a link to schedule the call right before the interview, making it impossible to attend. This left me a bit confused as I began my onsite. After the onsite finished, I received no feedback and was eventually rejected.
