I applied through LinkedIn and received an email from HR to schedule an interview. When the interview date arrived, she did not show up and did not call.

I rescheduled the interview, and she still did not call.

I have five years of experience and have never encountered this kind of behavior from HR. Usually, HR represents the company in any interview process, and through this, we can understand how they value an employee and their time.

There is a minimum courtesy to email why she did not join the call or reply to emails.

I am sick of Uber and would not apply to this company again.
