The interview process was standard, starting with a phone screen and then an onsite interview.
The phone screen was pretty straightforward, with nothing particularly difficult.
The onsite interview was unusual. Initially, the interviewer left me in the room and went away. After about 10 minutes, the first interviewer arrived.
Some people during the onsite were rude and kept interrupting while I was answering. Later, they told me I hadn't covered some of the topics.
The recruiter was responsive at the beginning. Once I mentioned having counteroffers, they became unresponsive, with emails being replied to after a few days. Eventually, they made a lowball offer and made no effort to match competing offers.
The recruiters kept talking about how Uber stock was going to explode this year. Honestly, Uber stock has performed worse than most of its peers in the last four years.
