Online assessment: 1 tech screen 4 interviews onsite
Overall, this was the single worst interview experience I've ever had. Two interviews were polite and friendly, but the remaining were incredibly rude.
I will preface this by describing a basic solution, then diving into its pros and cons.
One interviewer would interrupt me three words into every sentence to poke holes. This occurred even when I had called out a point as something to think about and stated I would return to it. In other cases, they would interrupt me to poke holes in things I had just addressed or proposed solutions for, as if they clearly weren't listening or paying attention.
Aside from this single interview being, without a doubt, the worst interview experience I've ever had, most of the interviewers ranged from disinterested and condescending to nice but having very little positive to say about working at Uber.
LeetCode questions. Generally on the harder side compared to other companies, but all of them were fair and doable.
