This is for a new grad software engineer role.
I had a 1-hour phone screen with an engineer, followed by an onsite interview consisting of four coding interviews. A week later, they followed up with a hiring manager interview, which was background-focused.
The process was mostly fine, although one of the interviewers was difficult to work with.
One thing to note was that people didn't really have a good answer to the question: "How's Uber morale doing given the recent firings?" This was a little troubling, although not unexpected.
