Process
I spoke with HR and then sent times for a 45-minute phone interview with an engineer.
They then scheduled the interview for a time I could not make. I replied, stating I could not attend that time, and they said they would fix it promptly.
After a week of radio silence, on the day of the interview, an engineer called and emailed me asking why I didn't show up.
After emailing HR again, there was still more silence. What happened?
