Cons: There were not real values applied within the team. There was too much micromanagement and rework because the code requires refactoring twice or more times because of bad design. There were urgencies that weren't required. Communication was poor, using finger-pointing.

Many tools.
Cons: Very toxic company. Little concern for reality. It creates an environment of high competitiveness and leaves certain types of devs out and isolated. It kind of sabotages people's careers until burnout.
Almost zero diversity. The majority of employees are the standard elitist white male.
