HR contacted me by phone and scheduled a phone screen.
It was supposed to be a Skype interview; however, the interviewer ended up calling on the phone. He was 15 minutes late, and it was also pretty hard to understand his accent.

Pros: Paid well, was mostly left alone.
Cons: It’s hard to make big changes at a big company with lots of processes already in place. I ended up getting laid off in four months because of COVID, so it all worked out in the end.

Competitive salary (though that depends on site location).
Cons: Some codebase is quite legacy. This means it hasn't been touched in a while and was written by 10x engineers who just wanted promo, while following the infamous mantra of "move fast and break things."
