A recruiter contacted me and set up a time to chat over the phone about general "get to know you" type questions.
They told me what team was hiring, asked if I was interested, and then scheduled a second coding interview over the phone.
The process moved quickly and seemed very efficient; however, the connection was poor, which made it difficult to hear the questions asked.
